This is to be your special private place inside your mind and in the process of getting there, you automatically relax and release stress. Your Peaceful Place is the place where you can choose to go deeper into relaxation or into a meditation. It is also the place where by following a simple system, you can make it easier to achieve your goals and also overcome any barriers holding you back.

so finally I would like to conclude that peace can't be borrowed or bought from some where. it is plentily available in you itself when you are physically, mentally, socially( surroundings) are hygiene, and with full of peace.becz the place where you live also effects your individual peacefulness. And to be Individual peacefulness you can also visit piligram places,when join yoga classes etc... to make urself peaceful.When you live in peaceful place automatically you get positive thoughts which makes you healthy.so live in a good environment and stay healthily and peacefully.
