Delayed compensation to its employees, this deactivates the employees thus reducing the general output if the company. This is due to limited output from the factory since the cotton industry has been off late disrupted by climatic conditions.
Insufficient capital to facilitate running of activities in the factory which is obviously very demanding the supply of power and electricity in any given comp[any is very necessary and costly.
