Two features of attitude are as follows :  

(1) Attitude is pervasive :

Attitude has their presence felt in all the aspects of society.  

It is formed in the procedure of socialisation and may associate to anything in the world. Towards religion, politics, politicians or countries a person may have different (positive and negative) attitudes.

Attitude may be defined as the manner a person feels about something, a person , a place, a product, a circumstance or an idea . Attitude constitutes an important psychological attribute of individuals,  which shapes their behaviour.

(2) Attitude is acquired :  

Attitude is generally learnt or acquired over a period of time . The process of learning attitude starts from childhood and continues throughout the life of an individual. In childhood, the family members have a greater influence on the attitude a child develops.
