Ohm's law :- the potential difference across the ideal conductor is directly proportional to current passing through it.
mathematically, V \proptoI here, V is potential difference and I is current through the ideal conductor.
∴ V = IR , here R is resistance of ideal conductor.
resistance is the tendency or property of any resistor by which it opposes current passing through resistor. Means higher the resistance , lower current passing through it.

Now, application of Ohm's law to complete circuit :-
As above explanation it is clear that when we know potential difference across the circuit and we also know about resistance of each wire connected with circuit then we can easily find out current passing through each wire connected with circuit.
It means you can say that Ohm's law help us to find out V, I , and R.
It is the basic tools for understanding Kirchoff's loop law, without it we can't use Kirchoff's law.
