bad quality water or wastewater is the water that has been contaminated by unwanted impure materials like chemicals, soil particles etc. or by excess usage of materials such as chlorine etc. usually the bad quality water is note potable (drinkable) or can't be used for most common purposes such as bathing, washing etc.
