E.G____while riding bike or scooty we need to constantly accelerate to maintain a constant speed because the friction by air and land cancel the force applied by you but it is not necessary that you will be in rest you will but with a constant speed.

E.G_____in unbalanced forces the best example would be of pushing a box when you push a box by force of 50N and friction opposes by 20N then net force on box will be 30N therefore it's unbalanced.
