This term is related to " Thermodynamics " . first of all we shoud understand , what is " BLACK BODY " ?

BLACK BODY : A body is one which neither reflects nor transmits but absorb whole of the heat radiation incident on it is known as BLACK BODY .

absorptive power { the power of a body for a given wavelength and at a given temperature is defined as the ratio of the radiant energy of that wavelength absorbed per second by its surface to the radiation of that wavelength incident in one second on the same area } of a BLACK BODY is unity .

→ in real we can't form a perfect BLACK BODY .

now,
BLACK BODY RADIATION :-
according Stefan's Boltzmann Law : when the perfect BLACK BODY at temperature T is placed inside an enclosure at temperature T° , then the heat energy radiated per second is given by E = S( T⁴ - T°⁴)
where S is Stefan's constant .
