Answer

The artery sometimes in the heart gets constricted due to the accumulation of plaque on it's inner walls. To move the blood through this constriction a greater demand is placed on the activity of the heart .

The speed of the flow of in this region is raised which lowers the pressure inside and the artery may collapse due to the external pressure. The heart exerts further pressure to open this artery and forces the blood through .

As the blood rushes through the opening , the internal pressure once again drops due to same reasons leading to a repeat collapse , this may result in heart attack.

Hope it helps ☺️

Hey mate

Here is ur ans

Heart attack happens if the flow of oxygen-rich blood to a section of heart muscle suddenly becomes blocked and the heart can't get oxygen. Most heart attacks occur as a result of coronary heart disease (CHD). CHD is a condition in which a waxy substance called plaque builds up inside of the coronary arteries.

When this happens the artery narrows, and blood flow to part of the heart muscle decreases or stops. The causes of spasms are unclear. A spasm can occur in normal-appearing blood vessels as well as in vessels partly blocked by atherosclerosis. A severe spasm can cause a heart attack.
