Hey user here is your answer....

a= -1.25
d=-0.25

◆ First term--->a = -1.25
◆Second term---> a+d
=-1.25+(-0.25)
=-1.25-0.25
=-1.5

◆Third term = a+2d
=-1.25+2(-0.25)
=-1.75

◆Fourth term= a+3d
=-1.25+3(-0.25)
=-2

hope it helps you☺️

The first four terms of the series would be  -1.25, -1.50, -1.75, -2.00.

Step-by-step explanation:

For writing the first four terms, we can simply add the common difference with each consecutive term starting from the first term.

  • First term =  -1.25
  • Second term = first term + common difference  = -1.25 +(-0.25) = -1.50
  • Third term = Second term + common difference  = -1.50 +(-0.25) = -1.75
  • Fourth term = Third term + common difference = -1.75 +(-0.25) = -2.00

Hence, the first four terms of the series would be  -1.25, -1.50, -1.75, -2.00.
