blood supply means the supply of oxygeneted blood from the heart to other parts of the body and the supply of deoxygeneted blood from the body parts back to the heart .

Explanation:

first the pulmonary vein get the deoxygenated blood to the left auricle(atrium) of the blood and the superior and inferior venacava gets the blood from upper and lower parts of the body respectively to the right auricle of the heart .the auricle than contracts and the cuspid valves open and the blood is pushed the the ventricles .Here the blood gets oxygenated .then the ventricles contract while auricles relax and the pulmonary valve opens .the blood is pushed into pulmonary aorta which supplies blood to rest of the body parts....
