when you swallow cold food very fastly there are two arteries in the corner of your mouth and these arteries carry oxygen and blood to the brain.

when cold food continuously touches these arteries these arteries become cold and carry cold blood and oxygen to the brain

due to sudden chage in temperature brain suffers for a moment before returning to the normal tempertaure

this phenomenon is called as brain freeze

so avoid eating cold food fast.
