Thank you for asking this question from us. There are four phases of the evaluation of HRD, which includes: assessment, design, implementation and evaluation. In the phase of assessment, the needs are assessed and prioritize accordingly. In the phase of design, objectives are defined and trainer and methods are selected with the developed material and lesson plan. In the implementation phase, the programs are developed and implemented and thus evaluated according to the set evaluation criteria.
