Bacteria have their own biochemical pathways and produce cell wall
Our human cells are not capable of producing cell wall
So, when we intake antibiotics it destroys the cell wall of the invading bacteria and hence it dies
But as our cells don’t make cell wall antibiotics won’t affect our cells
Eg: penicillin
