G.M.T is Greenwich Mean Time (also represented as UTC as explained in other answers). I.S.T is Indian Standard Time. As we move eastward of England, half hour difference is added as per country bordering one another. P.S.T (Pakistan Standard Time) is 5 hours ahead (Sun appearing earlier).
