The Tail Part of a soap is hydrophobic in nature means it posses a fear from water I.e. why it runs towards the dirt and head part is hydrophilic in nature he loves water so he runs towards water in this process the head pulls away the tail along with dirt and the dirt is removed.

Explanation :-

When soap/detergent are mixed in water it forms meselles which has basically two parts hydrophobic and hydrophilic part. When stained clothes are put in it hydrophobic part get attched to dirt and hydrophilic get attached to water and the dirt get deattached along with water.
