sorry to bother you but its the most common mistake tht you have made by saying dark reaction occurs during night ....actually dark reaction has nothing to do with sunlight so it can happen even during the day as well night..

Photosynthesis completes in two successive state i.e light reaction and dark reaction. Light reaction occurs in granna, that contain chorophyll molecules to trap light energy. Whereas that reaction completes in stroma medium by using the product of light reaction i. e ATP and NADPH2
Dark reaction is depends upon light reaction. In dark reaction there is a carbon fixation taking by the stroma medium, by using NADPH2 and ATP producing carbohydrate.
