Data bus

  • it is a device used to transfer data between processor memory and input - output device.
  • it is of 8 bit length for 8085 microprocessor.
  • Data bus is bidirectional.

Note

  • As the data is present on the bus for very few microseconds is used to hold the data for sometime such that output unit like memory or display etc can recognise the data.
