Hii dear here is your answer
Enzymes are affected by the hydrogen ion concentration (pH) and the temperature. ... There are several factors that affect the speed of an enzyme's action, such as the concentration of the enzyme, the concentration of the substrate, temperature, hydrogen ion concentration (pH), and the presence of inhibitors..
Hope it's help u

enzyme activity can be affected by a change in the temperature PH and substrate concentration
a) temperature and pH enzyme generally function in a narrow range of temperature and PH enzymes shows highest activity at a particular temperature and PH optimum temperature and optimum PH
enzyme activity declines both below and above the optimum value
low temperature preserves the enzyme in a temporarily inactive state where has high temperature destroys enzymatic activity because protein are naturated by heat
b)concentration of substrate with the increase in substrate concentration the velocity of the enzymatic reaction Rises at first .The reaction ultimately reaches a maximum velocity which is not exceeded by any further rise in concentration of the substrate this is because the enzyme molecule fever than substrate molecules and after saturation of these molecules there are no free enzyme molecules to bind with the additional substrate molecules
