Hey dear,

● Answer -
- Water is formed by 2 H-atoms bonded ti central O-atom.
- Due to large difference in electronegativity of H & O, water molecules show hydrogen bonding.
- These hydrogen bonds hold water molecules together in liquid phase.
- But this force is not enough to keep these molecules forever, hence it can't show solid phase.
