Electric current can be induced in a coil due to the relative motion between the coil and a magnetic field.
There are two ways to do so.
1. Inducing current on a coil by moving the coil in a magnetic field
2. Inducing current on a coil by by changing the magnetic field across it.
3. By taking two cunductiong coils and insert them over a non conducting cylindrical roll then on changing current flowing in one coil, an induced current is obtained in the other coil.

Answer:
The different ways to induce current in a coil are as follows:
(i) If a coil is moved rapidly between the two poles of a horse-shoe magnet, then an electric current is induced in the coil.
(ii) If a magnet is moved relative to a coil, then an electric current is induced in the coil.
