stretch the forefinger , central finger and thumb finger of the left hand mutually perpendicular to each other . if the forefinger indicates the direction of magnetic field and the central finger indicates the direction of current , then the thumb will indicate tge direction of motion of conductor.

According to Fleming's left hand rule, if we stretch the index finger, middle finger and the thumb of our left hand, mutually perpendicular to each other such that the index finger indicates the direction of magnetic field and the middle finger indicates the direction of current, then our thumb will point in the direction of motion of conductor.
