Bonjour!!!
Digestion in Human Beings:-
We take in food from pur mouth, tongue and teeth help to break them down. Saliva contains Salivary amalyse breaks the complex starch into simple sugar. The food goes through oesophagus to the stomach. Gastric glands present in stomach walls release a protein digesting enzyme called pepsin and mucus and HCl acid is released to acidic the medium. Pancreatic make the food acidic to alkaline. Bile salts break large fat globules into smaller globules. Enzyme present in small intestine glands convert the proteins to amino acids, complex carbohydrates into glucose and fats into fatty acid and glycerol. The unabsorbed food in sent to large intestine where villi absorb water from this material. The rest is removed from body via anus.
I hope this answer helped you.

Digestion take place from mouth
Saliva convert starch to sugar
Then food move from oesophagus to stomach by peristaltic movement
From stomach it moves to small intensine which receive secreation of bile juice and pancratic juice and in small intensine food is converted into carbohydrates, fats, ptotein
Undigested food moves to large intensine and from some water is absorbed finally undigested food come out through anus
