the main disturbing factor is cutting down trees from their photosynthesis process they release so much of water vapour in air but from cutting down. trees there are less water vapour in cloud and therefore rain fall is distributed. therefore in kerala there is a heavy rainfall and in uttarpradesh there is less rain fall .
