DNA structure. DNA is made up of molecules called nucleotides. Each nucleotide contains a phosphate group, a sugar group and a nitrogen base. ... The bases on one strand pair with the bases on another strand: adenine pairs with thymine, and guanine pairs with cytosine.

Ciao,
DNa is the heredity material . it controls the properties and potential activities of a cell . it is made up od four kinds of neucleotides namely d-adenosine monophosphate,d-guanosine monophosphate ,d-cytidine monophosphate and d-thymidine monophosphte . these neucleotides areunited with one another through" phisphodiester" bond. thus firming long chains called polynucleotide chains.
Maurice and Franklin used X ray diffraction to determine the structure of DNA.at the same time James D.watson and Francis Cricj built the scale model of DNA. according to that model it consiat of two polyneucleotide chains . the two strands are coiled round each other in the form ofdoubke helix. coiling of two strands is opposite means they are antiparallel to each other. and are held by weak hydrogen bonds . adenine is always opposite to thymine and guanine is always opposite to cytosine. two hydrogen bonds are present between adenine and thymine and three bonds are present between guanine and cytosine. the two strands are ound around each other so there are 10 base pair in each turn of about 34 angstrom units.
let me draw its structure.there it is not very good but i hope that you will find it helpful.
and please mark it as brainliest if it was helpful for you?
stay blessed☺
