DNA stand for deoxyribonucleic acid it is a molecule that contain the instructions of an organism need to develop , live and reproduce . these instructions are found inside every cell , and are passed down from parents to their children

DNA stands for DeoxyRibonucleic Acid.
DNA is a very large molecule (macromolecule) which is composed of blocks called nucleotides. It consists of 2 strands, wound around each other in a double helix.

It consists of a pentose sugar, a nitrogenous base (Adenine/Guanine/Cytosine/Thymine) and a Phosphate group.
