when electric current passes through the conductor......it gives 3 effects.....
thermal effect
chemical effect
and magnetic effect.....
so whenever the current passes through a conductor......it produces magnetism.......
actually magnetism and electricity both are the two different side of a same coin........
magnetic field produced by the conductor......is just the electric field from a different frame of reference.......

now let's move on to your another question.......
how magnetism produces electricity......
see... whenever any conductor is moved in a magnetic field.....it induces current.......if you ask why?.
then.... actually current is nothin' but the flow of electrons.......
and whenever a current is moved in a magnetic field........it,(magnetic field) trigger the electrons to flow.......
which induces current....
That's it!!!!

Answer: Electricity and magnetism are two related phenomena produced by the electromagnetic force. Together, they form electromagnetism. A moving electric charge generates a magnetic field. A magnetic field induces electric charge movement, producing an electric current.
