• Immediately notify the utility company, so that they are informed about the emergency.

• Isolate and eliminate potential ignition sources to avoid further damage.

• Evacuate the area as soon as possible in order to save life.

• Meter the immediate area & gas migration areas.

• Establish a hot zone (explosion and collapse).  

• Ventilate the building if appropriate,  don't switch on the lights but instead make sure you open the doors and windows

• Establish rapid intervention crews and coorperate accordingly
