Cooperativity is surprisingly common and can help regulate the responses ofenzymes to changes in the concentrations of their substrates. The Hill equation (biochemistry) is often used to describe the degree of cooperativity quantitatively in non-Michaelis–Menten kinetics.

ENZYME KINETICS:

_________________

ENZYME KINETICS IS BASICALLY THE STUDY OF THE CHEMICAL REACTIONS OF CHEMISTRY , IN WHICH ENZYMES ACT AS CATALYST.

IN ENZYME KINETICS, WE MEASURE THE RATE OF REACTION AND ALSO THE EFFECTS OF VARIOUS CONDITIONS IN THE REACTION AND THESE VARYING CONDITIONS ARE FOUND OUT.

THROUGH ENZYME KINETICS WE CAN FIND OUT :

-- CATALYTIC MECHANISM OF THE ENZYME.
--EFFECTS OF VARIOUS CONDITIONS IN THE REACTION .
--BASIC CHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF ENZYME USED.
