According to Fleming's left hand rule, stretch your thumb, index finger and middle finger mutual perpendicular to each other. If the index finger points at the direction of the magnetic field and middle finger in the direction of the current, then the thumb will point at the direction of the mechanical force.

This rule is also known as motor rule.
