1 memory unit : the data nd instructions can be stored permanently in this unit. Computer memory is classified into 2 parts :
a) Internal memory
b) External memory
2 ALU : ALU performs both arithmetic and logical operations.The arithmetic operation are + - x and ÷ The logic operation include comparison operations
3 Control unit : This unit controls the operation of every other components of computer system.It also controls the transfer of data and instruction among other units of computer.
