HERE'S THE ANSWER ✌
__________
⬇⬇⬇⬇
MOLECULAR SOLIDS:
A molecular solid is a type of solid in which molecules are held together by van der Waals forces rather than by ionic or covalent bonds.
EXAMPLE:
water ice,solid carbon dioxide,hydrocarbons,sulfur,white phosphorus,yellow arsenic,solid halogens,etc.
⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫
IONIC SOLIDS:
Solids which comprises or consists of a cation (a positive ion) and an anion (a negative ion) can be termed as Ionic Solids. Those solids are held together by electrostatic forces. On dissolving, it dissociates into ions and moves freely in the solution.
EXAMPLE:
NaCl, CsCl and ZnS.
