e.x] micro-organisms, insects,rodents etc.

There are two major causes of biological food contaminants..

1] virus

2] bacteria

They can cause  some nutritional illness..

2] PHYSICAL : -

physical food contaminants is considered as foreign food in object..physical food contaminants may occur in production process.

ex ] peace of glass, raw material used to make foods , peace of plastic etc.

They can causes to life threatening injuries..

3] CHEMICAL : -

                      Chemical  food contaminants got in foods because of some artificial or natural subtances..Sometimes this chemical contaminants can make ill or kill us.

This contaminants causes to ill on human being for many years .
