Its just easy you just have to kind of play aroumd with numbers

All you have to do is to balance right hand side of a reaction to its left hand side.

Explanation: for example:: lets take a simple equation first

Na2S + HCl --------> NaCl+ H2S

Well this is a unbalanced equation.

LHS. = RHS

Na. 2. 1

S. 1. 1

H. 2. 1

Cl. 1. 1

And these are the number of elements on both the sides.

And you just have to insert numbers to make both the sides equal and the resulting equation will be-

Na2S+ 2HCl ----------> 2NaCl +HCl

Simple as that.
