explain how a human body maintains a constant temperature of about 37 degree celsiuseven when the outside temperature may be high as 47 degree celsius

Humans are mammals and homoeotherms i.e they can maintain their body temperature by homoeostatis or osmoregulation..

Even in temp like 47°C ...humans maintain their body temperarure by perspiring or sweating by cooling down the inner body temperature and maintain actual body temperature..
