a large population needs not to be classified as a liability but can be turned into a valuable asset by educating them and providing them with job opportunities in India unemployment is a big problem and due to unemployment this large population is seen as a liability rather than an asset so the government should provide the jobs to the unemployed persons specially in the depressed classes so it can be turned into an asset educating them

Answer:

Explanation:For many decades in India, a large population has been considered a liability rather than an asset. But a large population need not always be a liability. It can be turned into productive asset by investment in human capital. It can be done by spending resources on education and health for all, training of industrial and agricultural workers in the use of modern technology and useful scientific researches, etc.
