When carbon monoxide enters in our body through nasal chamber and dissolves in our blood through lungs due to its small molecular diameter.
Carbon monoxide then combines with the hemoglobin present in the red blood cell and makes its less capable to carry oxygen thus harming the organism.
It can be treated by supplying iron rich food to patient and providing him oxygen.
