The vapour on evaporation from the sea rises up and cools down to form tiny droplets. This process is called condensation. By this process clouds are formed.

Answer:

Clouds are formed by the condensation of water droplets in the air. Large amount of water evaporates and goes into the air. As air rises up, it expands and cools. This cooling of air causes water vapour present in the air to condense and form tiny droplets of water. These water droplets get bigger an form clouds.
