The centre of gravity has been shifted from anglo Australian axis beuase the new innovations in Cricket are being introduced by south Asian countries such as India, Bangladesh and Pakistan. Pakistan has introduced the two new techniques in bowling - the doosra and the reverse swing which was initially welcomed with great suspicion by Britain and Australia. But the time came when it was clear that the rules of cricket could not be laid just by these two countries.
