Education gives you recognition in a Society. An educated person would know how to behave, say the right things, present himself or herself, dress to the occasion, can make a good and engaging conversation, debate on various issues, which in turn would help him or her to socialise with ease.

Society, on the other hand, would assess a human being based on the same skill set listed as above. They are like the sides of a coin. One wouldn't be complete with out the other.

Once you have a good education and are well recognised in your society, you would be invited to be a part of the community, to help set goals for the community and to over see its growth. You would then use your acquired set of skills over a period of time and design programmes for the over all development of the community. This would not only help the beginners but also learners to improve their over all life skills.

Education, society, socialization and community are all inter-related to one another and are responsible for the over all development of a person.
