insulin have two chain joined with disulphide bond and immature contain three chains which makes it prohormone
so he makes exactly same the dna segment to the insulin and joint them with disulphide and it forms prohormone and after maturation or elimination of chain c makes its active insulin
it eliminate the chance of allergy
