Manure: Manure is obtained by decomposition of waste products of plants, animals and other natural materials in fields which make it rich in organic matter. Fertilizers are the inorganic chemical substances that serve as source of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium and lack organic matter.

On the other hand, being rich in nutrients, fertilizers are required in small quantities.
