- Planning focuses on achieving objective = Management begins with planning and planning begins with the determining of objectives . In the absence of objectives no organization can ever be thought about. With the Determining of objective , the way to achieve the objective is decided in planning.
- Planning does not guarantee success = Sometime the manager think that planning solves all their problems . Such a thinking makes them neglect their real work and adverse effect of such an attitude has to be faced by the organization .In this way , planning offers the manager a false sense of security and makes them careless . Hence, we can say that mere planning does not ensure success , rather efforts have to be made for it .
