Explain how is industrialisation responsible for the rise of modern cities in england

Due to industrialization the domestic system of production declined. The products made on machines were far better and cheaper than the handmade goods. Thus, the factory system of production replaced the domestic system. Due to this people had to come to cities in search of jobs in the factories which led to the growth of cities. Eventually the factories flourished and modern cities rose up.
