There are 2 nuclei present in a zygote one of the sperm and other of the ovum as zygote is the cell which is formed by the fertilization of both the sperm and ovum.

Hi...The zygote is formed by two haploid cell which have half number of chromosomes Sperm(n) and egg(n) form a diploid Zygote(2n)  having a single nucleus .. if the zygote will split into two, after two days it'll form twins.
