(1)the elected members of both Houses of Parliament,
(2)the elected members of the legislative assemblies of the states including the national capital territory of delhi and the union territory of Puducherry
The president can be removed from office by impeachment for the violation of the constitution by a resolution passed by both houses, after proving the charges against him.
