explain how rotation causes day and night

see earlier the Earth and sun are at front of each other so when Earth rotates then the places which are behind that's means which are not in contact directly with the sun they come in front and the places which are in which which earlier in contact with Sun they go back so in this way the places which are in front of sun their day occurs and the places which are a behind side of earth means which are not in front of sun there the night occurs now when the Earth rotates again then front places shift backward and backward places shift front side and in this way the places where earlier daytime was thatchanges to night time and the places where night time was the changes to day time .....

Rotation caused day and night due to when facing towards the sun then it is daytime.And when it rotates any part then direction of sun is also change.And it changes in night time.when the axis of earth surface rotates then, the sun rotates if it facing towards them.Then, it is called daytime and when rotates in any part then night...
