⭕THERMOREGULATION :

It is a process that allows your body to maintain its core internal temperature.

◽The skin's immense blood supply helps  regulate temperature.

thermoregulation is because of the action of sweat secretion by the sabaceous glands in skin....when feeling hot sweat is produced and when cold fats stored in adipose tissue under the skin....kep our body temperature normal
