Many social differences like differences based on birth, based on choices, bases on economic condition etc.
Take a example of differences based on economic conditions, if a person is poor but from a high class society people from high class society would not talk to that person because his economic condition is bad as compared to same people from high class society. But people from low cast who are poor can join him because his economic condition is same as them.
