When the resistance of the resistor is minimum then the current flowing through it will be maximum

u should also draw an circuit diagram and explain that if the potential difference applied across the ends of the conductor remains same and when the current flowing through it gets divided, then the circuit is in parallel combination

The maximum resistance would be low because let's take an example
we have 4 cells
thus the total voltage is indicated as V
and the formula is V/R
thus the resistance is too low
