• Disinfection of the workplace : The employer can arrange the disinfecting process in the workplace of the office, to minimise the chances of coronavirus spread.
• Making mask and sanitizers a must : The employer can easily establish a rule among the employees, that mask and sanitizers will be necessary to get entry in the office.
• Avoidance of crowding : The employer can rearrange the sitting arrangement of the employees to reduce the person to person physical contact.
• Spreading awareness : The employer can spread awareness among the employees to assure the maintenance of the precautions from the side of the employees.
